Consumer Card Terms (US)

Introduction

These Consumer Card Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Figo Card issued for use within the United States. By activating or using your Figo Card, you agree to these Terms, the Figo Card User Agreement, and all applicable policies.

Card Issuer

Your Figo Card is issued by Signify Holdings, Inc. ("Issuer"), a licensed financial institution, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Figo Boost Inc. ("Figo") provides the technology platform and user interface for managing your Card.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a Figo Card, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a U.S. resident with a valid Social Security Number
  • Complete identity verification (KYC) requirements
  • Have a valid email address and mobile phone number
  • Not be on any sanctions or restricted party lists

Card Features

  • Virtual and physical card options
  • Accepted at millions of merchants worldwide where Visa is accepted
  • Real-time transaction notifications
  • Spending controls and limits
  • Fund with supported stablecoins (USDC)

Fees

The following fees may apply to your Card:

  • Card Issuance: $0 for virtual card; physical card fees may apply
  • Monthly Maintenance: $0
  • Domestic Transactions: $0
  • International Transactions: Up to 3% foreign transaction fee
  • ATM Withdrawals: Fees may apply based on ATM operator
  • Card Replacement: Fees may apply for expedited shipping

Transaction Limits

Your Card is subject to the following limits:

  • Daily Spending Limit: Up to $10,000
  • Monthly Spending Limit: Up to $50,000
  • Per Transaction Limit: Up to $5,000
  • ATM Withdrawal Limit: Up to $500 per day (where permitted)

Limits may vary based on your verification level and account history. Higher limits may be available upon request and additional verification.

Funding Your Card

You may fund your Figo Card using supported stablecoins (USDC) through the Figo platform. Funds are converted to USD and made available for spending. Conversion rates and any applicable fees will be disclosed before you confirm a funding transaction.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your Card has been lost, stolen, or used without your authorization, contact us immediately at hi@spendfigo.com. Your liability for unauthorized transactions may be limited if you report promptly:

  • Within 2 business days: Maximum liability of $50
  • After 2 business days but within 60 days: Maximum liability of $500
  • After 60 days: You may be liable for the full amount

Disputes and Error Resolution

If you believe there is an error on your statement or an unauthorized transaction, contact us within 60 days of the statement date. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days (or 20 business days for new accounts). If we need more time, we may take up to 45 days to complete our investigation.

FDIC Insurance

Funds held in your Card account may be eligible for FDIC insurance up to applicable limits when held at our partner banks. Figo is not a bank and does not provide FDIC insurance directly.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and applicable federal law.
