Consumer Card Terms (International)

Card Issuer

Your Figo Card is issued by Signify Holdings, Inc. ("Issuer") or its international partners, pursuant to a license from Visa International. Figo Boost Inc. ("Figo") provides the technology platform and user interface for managing your Card.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a Figo Card, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Be a resident of a supported country (currently Nigeria, Ghana, or Kenya)
• Complete identity verification (KYC) requirements
• Have a valid email address and mobile phone number
• Not be on any sanctions or restricted party lists
• Not be a resident of a sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction

Supported Countries

Figo Cards are currently available to residents of the following countries:

• Nigeria
• Ghana
• Kenya

We may expand to additional countries in the future. Check our website for the most current list of supported countries.

• Accepted at millions of merchants worldwide where Visa is accepted
• USD-denominated spending
• Real-time transaction notifications
• Spending controls and limits
• Fund with supported stablecoins (USDC)

Fees

The following fees may apply to your Card:

• Card Issuance: $0 for virtual card; physical card fees may apply
• Monthly Maintenance: $0
• International Transactions: Competitive exchange rates apply
• Currency Conversion: Up to 2% markup on interbank rates
• ATM Withdrawals: Fees may apply based on ATM operator and location
• Card Replacement: Fees may apply for international shipping

Transaction Limits

Your Card is subject to the following limits:

• Daily Spending Limit: Up to $5,000
• Monthly Spending Limit: Up to $25,000
• Per Transaction Limit: Up to $2,500
• ATM Withdrawal Limit: Up to $300 per day (where permitted)

Limits may vary based on your verification level, country of residence, and account history. Higher limits may be available upon request and additional verification.

Funding Your Card

You may fund your Figo Card using supported stablecoins (USDC) through the Figo platform. Funds are held in USD and made available for spending globally. Conversion rates and any applicable fees will be disclosed before you confirm a funding transaction.

Currency Conversion

When you make a purchase in a currency other than USD, the transaction will be converted to USD at the prevailing exchange rate plus any applicable currency conversion fee. The exchange rate used will be the rate in effect at the time the transaction is processed, which may differ from the rate at the time of purchase.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your Card has been lost, stolen, or used without your authorization, contact us immediately at hi@spendfigo.com. Report unauthorized transactions as soon as possible to limit your liability. We will investigate all reported unauthorized transactions and work to resolve them promptly.

Disputes and Error Resolution

If you believe there is an error on your statement or an unauthorized transaction, contact us within 60 days of the statement date. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Complex disputes may require additional time to resolve.

Regulatory Compliance

Your use of the Figo Card is subject to applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence and the countries where you use your Card. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Card complies with all applicable laws, including foreign exchange regulations and reporting requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. For disputes, you agree to submit to binding arbitration as described in the Figo Terms of Service.
